Terms & Conditions

At Anatolia Tours (Fields of Anatolia Tourism & Organization Ltd. Şti.), we are committed to providing clear, transparent, and fair booking conditions. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

Rates & Availability

All quoted rates are valid for 7 days and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
No services are held or reserved until confirmation and payment are received.

We will always do our best to honor quoted rates beyond this period; however, revisions may be necessary depending on supplier availability and market conditions.

Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required within 3 working days of confirmation, as per the pro forma invoice.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer in USD, EUR, GBP or TRY.
The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival.

Travel Documents

Final travel documents and service vouchers will be issued upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply in line with our suppliers’ policies, typically as follows:

  • 20% up to 40 days prior to arrival
  • 40% up to 20 days prior to arrival
  • 80% up to 7 days prior to arrival
  • 100% within 6 days prior to arrival

Certain services (such as flights or special bookings) may be subject to stricter conditions.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out

Standard hotel check-in is between 15:00–16:00, and check-out is between 11:00–12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Meals

Meals are provided at standard service times.
Requests for packed meals must be made in advance.

Government-Imposed Changes

In the event of any changes to taxes, museum entrance fees, or other government-imposed costs, revised rates may apply until full payment has been received.
No surcharges will be applied after full payment.

Force Majeure

Anatolia Tours shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, border closures, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to adjust, reschedule, or offer suitable alternatives.

Any additional costs arising from such changes may be payable by the client.

If travel cannot proceed, cancellation terms will apply in accordance with supplier policies. However, we will always aim to offer flexible solutions or postponement options wherever possible.

Your safety and satisfaction remain our priority, and we will act fairly and reasonably in all such circumstances.
